• Vehicle details you enter in the fitment selector (year, make, model, and SRW/DRW configuration), stored in your browser so your results stay filtered.
• Details you type into a contact or fitment-help form, such as your name, email, phone number if you provide one, and your message.
• Order information needed to fulfil a purchase, including billing and shipping details and the items in your order.
• Standard technical data your browser sends, such as pages requested and general device information, used to keep the site working.

• To answer your fitment, product, and order questions.
• To process, ship, and support orders you place, including special orders and deposit reservations.
• To keep your saved vehicle and cart working between visits.
• To diagnose site errors and improve the shopping experience.

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't use advertising or remarketing trackers.
• We don't send marketing email to addresses that were only given to us for order or fitment support without your consent.

• Saved vehicle: your year, make, model, trim and single/dual-rear-wheel choice, kept in your browser so results stay filtered.
• Cart and package progress: the items and options you selected, kept in your browser for the current visit.
• Filter and browsing preferences: which filter sections you left open and which results page to return to, kept for the current visit.
• Sign-in session: if you create an account, your login session is stored in your browser.
• We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or third-party ad trackers, and there are no third-party analytics scripts or social embeds on the site.

We run our own first-party analytics — no third-party analytics product — to understand which products, vehicles, sizes and searches people are looking for.

• A random visitor and visit identifier stored in your browser. It is not linked to your name, email or account.
• Pages viewed, products and brands viewed, vehicle selected, search terms typed, filters used, cart activity, and order value.
• The marketing source or campaign that brought you to the site, if the link included one.
• Device type, and an approximate country, state and city derived from your connection. We do not store your IP address.

Reports are visible only to our own staff accounts. We do not sell this information or share it with advertising networks.

Your conversation with the on-site assistant is stored only in your own browser and is not saved to our servers as a conversation record. Your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Please don't include payment details or sensitive personal information in the chat. Clearing the chat from the widget removes it from your browser.

If you enter your email address in our promotional offer sign-up, we store it to send you offers and we record that you consented. Signing up is entirely optional and is never required to browse, get fitment help, or place an order. Order, deposit and support emails are separate transactional messages tied to a purchase or inquiry, and you receive those even if you never join the marketing list.

We use third-party providers to run the site and fulfil orders — for example payment processing, hosting, database and authentication, AI responses for the shopping assistant, email delivery, and freight carriers. Those providers receive only the information they need to perform their role.

• You can clear your saved vehicle at any time from the fitment selector; it lives in your own browser storage.
• You can ask us what information we hold about an order or inquiry, and ask us to correct or delete it where we're not required to keep it.
• You can control cookies and site storage through your browser settings, though some features (saved vehicle, cart) depend on them.
