Special Order Policy
Some of the best truck wheels aren't sitting on a shelf — they're machined and finished after you order them. This page explains how we handle those orders so nothing about the process is a surprise.
What counts as a special order
- Built-to-order forged programs, where the diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and finish are produced for your order.
- Custom or premium finishes that are applied after the order is placed.
- Matched dually kits, where front, rear outer, and rear inner positions have to be produced or gathered as one set.
- Sets where live inventory can't cover a complete set from stock, so the balance has to be produced or transferred.
How availability is shown
Availability on this site is calculated in complete sets, not loose piece counts. If the catalog can't cover a full set from stock, the product page says so directly — either as a special order or as deposit-eligible — instead of showing a green in-stock badge you can't actually act on.
Deposits and balances
- When a set is deposit-eligible, the product page states the deposit amount before you reach checkout.
- A deposit reserves your set and starts production or allocation; it is not the full purchase price.
- The remaining balance is collected before the set ships, not on delivery.
- We contact you when the set is ready so the balance and shipping details can be confirmed together.
Lead times
Lead times are stated on the product page or in your order confirmation for the specific program you're buying, because they vary by manufacturer, finish, and configuration. We quote what the manufacturer tells us and update you if their schedule moves. We don't publish a single blanket lead time, because that would be a guess for most of these programs.
Changes and cancellations
Once a built-to-order set enters production, the configuration is fixed — diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and finish are machined specifically for that order, so it can't be restocked or resold as a standard SKU. Tell us as early as possible if anything about your truck or plan changes, and we'll tell you exactly where your order sits with the manufacturer.
Fitment on special orders
Because these sets can't be returned to stock, fitment matters more here than anywhere else on the site. Send us your year, make, model, SRW/DRW configuration, suspension setup, and target tire size before you commit, and read what wheel offset actually does and the dually wheels guide if you're ordering an aggressive width or a dually kit.
