Frequently Asked Questions

Fitment, shipping, special orders, packages, TPMS, dually kits, returns, and payment — the questions we get most often.

Fitment

›How do I know a wheel fits my truck?
Select your vehicle and we filter results to the bolt patterns that apply. Where we have a verified fitment record we say so; where we only have size and bolt-pattern data, the result is labeled “Potential Match — Fitment Not Yet Verified.” See the fitment guide.
›What does “Potential Match — Fitment Not Yet Verified” mean?
Dimensions and bolt pattern look compatible, but we do not have a verified fitment record for that exact truck. It is not a fitment guarantee. Contact us and we'll review the setup with you.
›Do I need hub-centric rings?
If the wheel's center bore is larger than your hub, yes — rings center the wheel. If the wheel bore is smaller than your hub, that combination will not mount and we block it.
›Will bigger tires rub?
It depends on lift, offset, and width. Our lift & offset guide explains the trade-offs.

Shipping & special orders

›How long does shipping take?
In-stock wheels and tires typically ship within 1–2 business days. Special orders follow the lead time shown on the product page. Details on the shipping page.
›What is a special order?
Some wheels — including American Force — are built to order rather than stocked. These require full payment up front, carry a 4–6 week typical lead time, and are non-refundable once production starts. You acknowledge this at checkout.
›What is a deposit order?
When supplier inventory is short for a complete set or dually kit, you can reserve it with a 20% deposit. The remaining 80% is collected before shipment.
›Can I cancel or change an order?
In-stock orders can usually be changed before they ship. Special-order and in-production items generally cannot be cancelled. See returns.

Packages, TPMS & dually kits

›What comes with a wheel and tire package?
Four wheels and four tires (six and six for dually kits), mounted and balanced at no extra charge, with your package discount applied automatically.
›How does a dually package work?
Dually kits are matched sets: front wheels plus rear outer and, on designs that require them, rear inner wheels — six wheels and six tires total. Pricing is the sum of the components.
›Do I need new TPMS sensors?
Only if you're keeping your original wheels as a second set, or your sensors are aging or damaged. See the TPMS guide.
›Can I buy wheels or tires by themselves?
Yes. Wheels and tires can each be purchased standalone — the package builder is optional.

Payment

›What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards at checkout. Deposit orders charge 20% up front with the balance due before shipment.
›Do you offer financing?
Yes — see financing options.
›Is sales tax charged?
Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required.
