Shipping
Wheels and tires are heavy, bulky freight. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it lands in your driveway.
Where we ship
We ship to the lower 48 states. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally, and our inventory availability intentionally excludes non-mainland warehouses so quoted stock reflects what can actually ship to you.
Free shipping
Free ground shipping applies to complete wheel sets, complete tire sets, and complete wheel & tire packages delivered to the lower 48. Single-item and accessory orders may carry a calculated shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and transit
- In-stock items: typically leave the warehouse in 1–2 business days.
- Ground transit: usually 2–6 business days depending on distance from the shipping warehouse.
- Wheel & tire packages ship mounted and balanced, which adds about 1–3 business days of build time.
- Multi-warehouse orders may arrive in more than one shipment with separate tracking.
Special orders and built-to-order wheels
Forged and built-to-order wheels — including American Force — are produced after your order is placed. These require full payment up front and typically run a 4–6 week lead time before shipping. The product page and checkout both state the special-order terms, and you acknowledge them before the order is submitted.
Deposit (reservation) orders
When supplier stock is short for a full set or dually kit, you can reserve it with a 20% deposit. Nothing ships until the remaining 80% balance is collected, which we request as soon as the supplier confirms availability.
Freight and oversize
Large-diameter wheels, dually kits (six wheels and six tires), and large flotation tires may ship via LTL freight. Freight deliveries are curbside and usually require someone present to sign, and the carrier may call ahead to schedule.
Inspect at delivery
Inspect every box before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and photograph it — that documentation is what allows us to file a carrier claim and get a replacement moving quickly.
